Managing Director, Queensway Coffee Houses t/a Starbucks

I joined Queensway in 2014 having spent 3 years in Management Consultancy working on projects across both the private and public sector. Prior to this, I worked in several roles at Cancer Research UK involving Project Management, Communications and Operations.

Queensway Coffee Houses Ltd. is a franchisee of Starbucks and I am privileged to be in a leadership position of a business that has ambitious growth plans and represents such a globally renowned brand.

My role is to support and empower my teams to deliver our strategy through our company culture and values. Scaling up a business quickly brings along interesting challenges and fun opportunities. When I see people develop themselves and grow their careers here at Queensway, I feel incredibly satisfied.

Outside of work, I am the Chairperson of the Aga Khan Economic Planning Board’s Personal Finance committee, a member of the YPO, and working towards an Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching. I also enjoy playing football, exercising, and meeting new people!
