I am the CEO of Queensway Group and have been involved in the family business since the 1980s. I have over 35 years of experience in the hospitality, leisure and property sectors in the UK and abroad. For me, there is nothing more important than the customer connection and servicing the needs of our growing and changing customer base with sincerity and a warm spirit as if they were a guest in my home. To do this, we work to source real estate in excellent locations where we can deliver memorable customer experiences at great value.

I am very fortunate to be where I am and I believe it is my responsibility to use my time, knowledge and resource to give back to the world around me and serve humanity at large.

Between 2008 and 2019, I served as Chairman of Focus Humanitarian Assistance Europe Foundation (FOCUS), an affiliate of the Aga Khan Development Network. FOCUS aims to save lives, reduce suffering and provide support in the immediate aftermath of a natural or man-made disaster.

I am currently serving as the President of His Highness Prince Karim Aga Khan Shia Imami Ismaili Council for the United Kingdom jurisdiction, which includes Austria, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, and Sweden. In this voluntary role, I am responsible for the social welfare of the Ismaili Muslims from a range of cultural backgrounds from East Africa to Syria. The Council comprises portfolios which focus on improving the quality of life of the community in areas including education, economic planning, legal and health.

I was privileged to complete the Owners President Management Programme at Harvard Business School in 2015 which has given me a unique perspective on leadership, strategy and culture.

I believe that with the right people, the right culture and the right intentions, the sky is the limit for Queensway!
