The leader of each business is part of the Executive Team. Nic Wenn is Managing Director of our Hotels’ business. Karim Jivraj, as Group Franchise Director, is responsible for our Starbuck’s and KFC businesses. Neena Jivraj Stevenson is Group Culture Officer as well as being Managing Director of The Sloane Club.

Also supporting Naushad and part of the Executive Team is Pierre Hardy (Group Finance Director), Oliver Meakin (Operating Partner) and Elaine Blanchett (Group Head of People & Culture).

Each of our businesses has their own senior leadership teams, reporting into a member of the Executive Team. We actively seek out individuals to join us who bring a broad set of experiences to their businesses.
