My journey in retail and the prestige industry has taught me the importance of innovation, hands-on entrepreneurship, sustainable solutions, and building strong teams. Before joining Queensway, I worked as Trade, Training, and PR Director at Coty, where I managed a diverse portfolio of cosmetic brands—Hugo Boss, Gucci, Tiffany, Burberry, Chloe, Lancaster and others— with 200+ points of sale. My role involved driving market success and business development throughout multiple categories. Over my 15+ years of leadership experience, I’ve led strategic revenue growth, brand building, market expansion, trade negotiations, and cost initiatives with global brands like Christian Dior, Henkel, and Heineken across Europe.
