With over 20 years in marketing, branding, and partnerships, I’m a dynamic leader known for shaping consumer and lifestyle brands. As a strategic thinker with a creative edge, I’ve driven revenue growth and deep audience engagement across hospitality, live events, and media. 

Currently, as the Marketing & Brand Director at The Sloane Club, I’m evolving the brand identity and repositioning the Club to attract a broader demographic while preserving its legacy. Before this, I was the Marketing & Brand Director at Birch Community, where I played a key role in establishing Birch as a leading lifestyle brand, launching Birch Selsdon, and leading digital, influencer, and membership marketing initiatives. Prior to Birch, I was the Brand & Marketing Director at AEG Europe, where I led brand strategy for major festivals like BST Hyde Park, All Points East, and Rock-En-Seine, securing high-value sponsorships and optimizing marketing spend. I also founded Lusher & Lusher Ltd, a consultancy working with brands like The Guardian, The Economist, and Frieze Art Fair, and spent nearly a decade at MAMA & Company (Live Nation), where I drove record-breaking ticket sales and high-profile brand partnerships with Red Bull Music Academy, Mulberry, and Selfridges. 

With a passion for brand storytelling, partnerships, and commercial strategy, I continue to push boundaries and craft impactful consumer experiences that seamlessly blend culture and commerce.
