I joined the Queensway Group in August 2019, initially working at The Sloane Club in a Business Partnering role before transitioning to the Group, where I worked closely with Nick and the wider Executive Team. Prior to this, I held a franchisee-facing role at Yum! Restaurants Europe, the parent company of KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell.

Currently, I serve as the Group Head of People & Culture, working alongside Neena to ensure a consistent approach across our businesses in how we support, develop, and engage our people through the Queensway People Framework.

I have a strong passion for personal development and lead the Heartstyles Leadership and Personal Development coaching across Queensway. Heartstyles is a powerful framework that helps individuals and teams build self-awareness, cultivate a values-driven mindset, and unlock their full potential.
