I joined Queensway in June 2024. As Head of People at KFC Austria/ Slovakia, I lead the People strategy for a fast-growing gastronomy business, ensuring our people are at the heart of our success. At Queensway, we recognize talent, celebrate achievements, and challenge the status quo to create an environment where people thrive.

My experience in the automotive, retail, and telecommunications sectors has taught me that the key to business growth lies in putting people first. By aligning People strategies with business goals, I help organisations build engaged, motivated teams that are passionate about driving customer success and long-term growth.

With over 17 years of HR leadership experience, I have successfully led large-scale transformations, employer branding initiatives, and talent development programs. At Lidl Slovakia, I implemented an innovative People strategy that positioned the company as a Top employer in retail. Later, as Chief People and Culture Officer at Orange Slovakia, I played a pivotal role in securing the Top Employer award for five consecutive years by driving strategic People initiatives and leading a team of up to 60 HR professionals.

My approach aligns closely with Queensway’s mission—creating exceptional experiences through people. By investing in leadership development, operational excellence, and a strong company culture, I aim to drive long-term success, innovation, and a workplace where every individual feels valued and has the opportunity to grow.
