As Head of People for Queensway Hotels, I’m dedicated to creating a workplace where every individual feels supported, valued, and inspired to do their best work. I believe that building a strong, people-first culture is the foundation of lasting success. With nearly 20 years’ experience in human resources across industries including hospitality and retail, in HR disciplines such as Talent, Reward, Employee Relations and DE&I, I’ve worked to align people solutions and strategies with business goals while ensuring teams feel empowered to thrive.  

My career has provided opportunities to lead several elements of significant and large-scale M&A, TUPE and re-organisation programmes, support the execution of cultural change projects, and successfully introduce new HRIS and benefits platforms that have streamlined people processes and increased compliance. 

My focus is on enabling people to reach their full potential, in an environment where they feel they can belong. I’m passionate about fostering growth, connection, and inclusion. 

What drew me to Queensway was a combination of the growth and innovation, the culture, and the values, which align to my own personal values, alongside the excitement, pace and passion for service that hospitality offers. I’m committed to nurturing that same energy and passion within our teams, enabling our people to deliver best in class service for our guests, and to cultivate collaboration and trust by ensuring our values show up in every part of the employee experience.
