With over 20 years of experience at Lidl, I’ve had the opportunity to grow through a variety of leadership roles- including Store Manager, Head of Sales, Head of Digital, and now Head of Expansion. My academic background in finance from the Faculty of Economics and Management has provided a strong foundation for my work in both strategic planning and operational execution.

I’m passionate about driving growth, leading innovative projects, and building strong, collaborative teams. Each role I’ve held has deepened my commitment to delivering value and results in a dynamic retail environment.

I’m based in Trenčín, Slovakia, where I live with my wife and our two daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending quality time with my family, and staying active through a variety of sports.
