I joined The Sloane Club in early 2026 as Director of Rooms, and it feels very much like the place I was meant to land. The combination of heritage, heartfelt hospitality and the quiet ambition that flows through the Club drew me in straight away and the chance to lead the Rooms Division across The Sloane Club, Sloane Place and our 18 luxury serviced apartments brings together everything I love about this industry.

I have spent more than two decades immersed in London’s most celebrated luxury hotels, including The Ritz London, Four Seasons London at Park Lane, The Savoy and Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park. What has kept me in this world for so long is, above all, the people. Every day is the same, different! Every member and every guest brings their own story, and a team well led can turn an ordinary moment into one someone remembers for years.

I believe great hospitality lives in the details, the warmth of the welcome, the way a room is turned down, the flowers chosen for an anniversary, the second cup of tea brought before it is asked for. Excellence, for me, is quiet, considered and consistent. I am at my best when I am coaching a young colleague through their first promotion, walking the building noticing the small things that need attention, or sitting with a member who simply wants to be heard.

At The Sloane Club, my focus is to lead a team that takes genuine pride in the craft of caring for people, where every member, resident and guest feels personally looked after, and where my colleagues feel trusted, supported and proud to be part of this next chapter of the Club.
