Vishal Talreja
Head of Property

I joined the Queensway Group in late 2024 as the Interim Head of Property of Queensway Coffee Houses t/a Starbucks, bringing with me experience from retail, hospitality, and property leadership. My passion for these industries began during my time at college and university, where I studied law while working part-time at Dixons. It was there I first discovered my love for retail, and I quickly transitioned into operational roles within the KFC division of Yum Brands, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in both the field and central operations. 

In the next chapter of my career, I joined Itsu, initially working in operations before being given the opportunity to lead the property function as Property Director. This role allowed me to blend my operational expertise with the property world , and over the course of nearly 8 years, I had the privilege of driving property growth and expansion for the brand. 

Now at Queensway and part of the senior leadership team, my focus is on leading the property function to support our fantastic growth plans and managing the existing estate. The core of my role involves overseeing the search, selection, design, and development of new store – a critical component of expanding our footprint. It is an incredibly rewarding challenge, as each new store represents not just physical growth but the creation of new opportunities for our people and Queensway as a whole. 

I’m excited to be part of a small but dynamic team at Queensway and I am dedicated to ensuring our property strategies are aligned with our broader vision for growth. With my background in both operations and property, I’m fortunate to play a key role in driving our continued success and expansion.
