Queensway Foundation
Giving back and looking after one another is part of the Queensway DNA. So we set up the Queensway Foundation to provide hope and opportunity for our teams, our neighbours and the world at large.
Charity partnership
At Queensway we want to make a lasting impact, so we nominate a charity partner who we work with for an extended period of time.
From 2018 – 2023 we raised over £165,000 for Shooting Star Children’s Hospices – a charity committed to supporting children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
In 2024, we launched a new 3-year partnership with St Mungo’s – a charity who aim to end homelessness and rebuild the lives of thousands of people who are sleeping rough in England every day. Over the course of our partnership, we aim to fundraise, donate our time and raise awareness for this valuable cause.
Local Initiatives
Each of our teams are part of the fabric of the communities in which they work. Each of our teams have the opportunity to identify and support the local causes that they believe in and that make an impact directly to the community in which they operate.
Stronger Together
The Stronger Together programme exists to support our team members when they face personal challenges. We have partnered with Care First, and through them, we offer all our team members access to confidential, professional support in the areas of finance, legal, wellbeing, bereavement and more.
As well as our partnership with Care First, any member of the Queensway Family can reach out to the Queensway Foundation for confidential support, no matter the concern. Over the year’s we have supported team members facing challenges such as; mental health, landlord issues, financial issues and more.
