An established membership, client development and luxury service professional, with over 15 years of experience across high-end hospitality and retail. Currently, I serve as Head of Membership at The Sloane Club, where I lead member acquisition, retention and development across all aspects of the member experience.
Previously, I oversaw the successful relaunch of George (The Birley Clubs) in 2023, following a momentous refurbishment. Prior to this, I held a series of progressive leadership roles at Harrods over the course of 6.5 years. During my tenure, I launched and scaled a virtual shopping service during the global pandemic, helping to redefine client engagement during this time and scaling the service into a truly blended omni-channel shopping experience. This culminated in leading the Personal Shopping division, as Client Development Manager, overseeing a team of 42.
Graduating from the University of Westminster with a first-class honours management degree, combined with a track record of driving service innovation, commercial performance, and team development. I bring a strategic and hands-on approach to delivering high-value, member-centric experiences in luxury environments.
