The leader of each business is part of the Executive Team. Nic Wenn is Managing Director of our Hotels’ business. Karim Jivraj, as Group Franchise Director, is responsible for our Starbuck’s and KFC businesses. Neena Jivraj Stevenson is Group Culture Officer as well as being Managing Director of The Sloane Club.

Also supporting Naushad and part of the Executive Team is Pierre Hardy (Group Finance Director) and Oliver Meakin (Operating Partner).

Each of our businesses has their own senior leadership teams, reporting into a member of the Executive Team. We actively seek out individuals to join us who bring a broad set of experiences to their businesses. However, above all, these individuals must demonstrate they have the same DNA and Queensway values that we have as a business.
