With over 20 years of experience in trust and corporate services, I joined Queensway as Company Secretary in December 2022, after a successful career in the Channel Islands. My background includes working with prestigious law firms and international banks, alongside setting up a new office for an offshore law firm in London and establishing a private family office offshore.  

As a member of the Chartered Governance Institute (formerly ICSA), I specialise in all aspects of company secretarial practice and corporate governance. During my time in Jersey, I gained significant experience in managing complex trust structures, multi-jurisdictional corporations, and employee incentive schemes. 

I am deeply passionate about delivering quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and solving problems. I thrive on overcoming challenges and supporting others in their professional development. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, indulging in my passion for cars and airplanes, playing squash, horse riding, and enjoying walks in the beautiful Surrey countryside, where I live with my wife, children, and dog.
