I joined Queensway Restaurant Europe as Managing Director for Austria & Slovakia in 2024, bringing extensive leadership experience in operations, strategy, and business development. With a strong focus on expansion, I drive market growth, oversee multi-site operations, and implement strategies that enhance performance and long-term success.

Prior to Queensway, I served as Chief Operating Officer at FITINN, where I managed the expansion and operations of 58 fitness studios across five countries. Throughout my career, I have led large-scale growth initiatives at Esprit, Media-Saturn, and OBI, successfully entering new markets, optimising business models, and executing strategic transformations.

At Queensway, my mission is to scale the business efficiently, foster innovation, and build high-performing teams. I am passionate about unlocking new market opportunities, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring sustainable, profitable growth.
