I joined Queensway Coffee Houses in March 2024 and quickly became immersed in the company’s strong family ethos and values, which align closely with my own. Moving from an interim to a permanent role was an easy decision, driven by my belief in the vision, culture, and exciting growth plans ahead.

With nearly 35 years in Corporate Retail and Hospitality, I bring extensive experience from brands like TK Maxx, Marks & Spencer, Maplin, Buzz Group, and Gaucho Restaurants. My leadership foundation was built during my time at Asda in the mid-90s and early 2000s, where I developed the core values that continue to guide me today.

I’m a people-first leader, committed to ensuring our colleagues, partners, supervisors, and managers are at the heart of everything we do. My goal is to build a team that delivers exceptional customer service and creates memorable experiences for our guests. I lead from the front, staying hands-on, passionate, and always true to my word.

While financial results are vital, they should never come at the expense of people. A thriving, motivated team naturally drives success, and my daily focus is on making sure our employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to grow. 

On a personal note, I’ve been married to Louise for 30 years, and we have three wonderful children—Lauren, Alfie, and Evie. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, traveling, and finding new places to enjoy a great coffee!
