I joined Queensway Europe in 2025 as Finance Director to bring strategic financial leadership and a sharp focus on sustainable growth across our European operations. I ensure that Queensway Europe’s expansion is underpinned by robust financial planning, disciplined execution, and a culture of transparency. My goal is to help to expand Queensway’s future by balancing financial discipline with entrepreneurial ambition, always guided by our values.

As part of my role, I also oversee our IT function – ensuring that digitalisation, data, and emerging technologies strengthen how we excel in operations and make decisions.

Prior to Queensway, I spent most of my career in the automotive and financial services sectors, at senior roles at Volkswagen Financial Services, Renault, and ING Bank. These experiences shaped my belief that finance works best when it is both grounded and practical – a strategic partner to the business, not a commentator on it.

I am committed to developing finance teams that are technically strong, highly knowledgeable, commercially minded, and collaborative.
