Calum Brazier
Finance Director, The Sloane Club

I joined Queensway in 2025 as Finance Director of The Sloane Club, drawn by the opportunity to work for a business that combines long-term ownership with a clear focus on quality, culture and guest experience. The Club’s rich history, alongside the ambition and calibre of its recent refurbishment, makes it a distinctive asset within London’s private members’ club landscape.

I am a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years’ experience across hospitality, leisure and consumer-led businesses, working in high-growth and private-equity-backed environments. Prior to joining Queensway, I spent over seven years as Finance Director and Board Director at Albion & East, where I played a key role in scaling the business and delivering a successful sale. My background spans both operational and corporate finance, supporting businesses through periods of transformation, stabilisation and growth.

In my role, I oversee the finance function across The Sloane Club, Sloane Place and the Apartments. My focus is on building a robust financial platform that supports the next phase of the business’s evolution, underpinned by disciplined capital allocation, strong governance and clear commercial insight. I enjoy working collaboratively with teams across the business to balance heritage with modern operating excellence and create long-term sustainable value.
