I have been with Queensway for five years, starting as General Manager of The Sloane Estate—a luxury portfolio comprising a boutique hotel, private members’ club, and high-end apartments in Chelsea. I joined in 2020 and, a year ago, progressed to my current role as Operations Director for Queensway Hotels, overseeing the Point A brand and Montagu Place townhouse.

As a senior leader, my mission is to foster a strong, authentic culture that drives both business success and a people-first approach. I believe that great businesses are built by great people, and my role is to ensure we create an environment where both thrive.

Before joining Queensway, I spent over a decade as a General Manager with the boutique hotel brands Malmaison and Hotel du Vin, leading multiple UK sites—including their flagship Oxford hotel, famously housed in a former prison! My expertise spans Rooms Division, Events Management, Guest Experience, and People Development.

What I love most about my role at Queensway is the opportunity to collaborate across teams—whether it’s hotel operations, compliance, guest experience, or supplier management. I also work closely with my peers in commercial, finance, development, and people teams to deliver both operational excellence and strong commercial performance. Most importantly, I get to be myself while making a meaningful impact on our business and people.
