I am a highly experienced Senior Property Manager overseeing a diverse portfolio of over 50 residential and commercial properties in central London. With more than a decade of dedicated service to Queensway Group, I have been instrumental in transforming the property management landscape by eliminating the reliance on letting agents and bringing the entire portfolio in-house. This strategic move has not only streamlined operations but also allowed for the implementation of competitive rent increases, ensuring both tenant satisfaction and financial growth for the company. 

In my current role, I have successfully implemented the necessary infrastructure to manage day-to-day operations efficiently. This includes developing systems and processes that enhance productivity and ensure the smooth running of the property portfolio. My proactive approach and keen eye for detail have been key in maintaining high standards and achieving operational excellence.

Prior to my current position, I gained valuable experience in property receivership and equity release roles. These roles provided a solid foundation in understanding the financial and legal complexities of property management, which have been crucial in navigating the challenges of the industry. 

A strong advocate for the company’s mission statement, I embody the principles of celebrating successes today and challenging oneself to be better tomorrow – to each other, customers, businesses, and the world. Outside of work, I enjoy an active lifestyle of long walks & running in the Sussex countryside and a keen interest in health & wellbeing, which provides a well-rounded balance to a busy professional life. With a passion for property management and a proven track record of success, I continue to drive positive change and growth within the company and the broader property management community.
