I joined Queensway Coffee Houses in July 2023, drawn to the company’s values, which were clearly reflected in the leadership team I was joining. I was also excited by the ambitious growth plans and the opportunity to partner with a renowned brand like Starbucks.

With over 25 years of experience in finance, primarily across the hospitality and omnichannel retail sectors, I’ve led teams across multiple functions, levels, and international markets. Prior to joining Queensway, I served as Group Finance Director at D&D London, a collection of high-end restaurants and hotels in the UK, Paris, and New York. Before that, I was Finance Director at The Walt Disney Company for The Disney Stores across EMEA.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong ability to assess and identify business challenges, set a clear vision, and design strategic initiatives that drive both revenue and profit growth. I’m passionate about collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to enhance performance and implement meaningful improvements.

What I enjoy most is building and nurturing high-performing teams. I gain real satisfaction from seeing individuals grow and progress in their careers. I believe that when diverse people come together with shared goals and a culture that fosters curiosity and continuous learning, we create an engaging, fun, and rewarding environment—one where both people and the business can truly thrive.
