Neena Jivraj Stevenson
Managing Director, The Sloane Club

I joined Queensway as Chief Culture Officer back in 2017, having started my career as a Management Consultant at Deloitte, the global accounting & consulting firm.

In my Chief Culture Officer role, I help set the culture and values of our organisation so they are lived and breathed by every member of our 1,000+ strong team across each of the business units, be that hotels, The Sloane Club, our Starbucks and KFC franchise businesses or our Support Office.

In 2018, I established the Queensway Foundation through which the company can positively impact the world. Through the Foundation we fundraise for causes we believe in and most importantly, provide all our team members with confidential support when they face personal challenges.

For me, my work has never just been a job, it is about driving something I believe in, actively supporting and developing those around me and positively impacting the world around me.

In 2019, I completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School which gave me a unique perspective on strategy, leadership, corporate responsibility, culture and organisational change. In 2020, I was listed as one of Management Today’s 35 female business leaders under 35.

Most recently, I have become Managing Director for The Sloane Club.  Having been very involved in the redevelopment programme of The Club, I now work with Anna Jackson to lead the team to deliver the best Private Members’ Club experience for our Members.  We are creating something really quite special with The Sloane Club, and I couldn’t be prouder of being part of this journey!
